HGC Technologies UK LTD is committed to delivering orders efficiently, transparently, and securely. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time) may be processed the following business day.

  • Bulk or wholesale orders may require additional processing time; customers will be informed accordingly.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B or wholesale transactions.

  • International shipping may be available on request for approved business customers.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped via reputable UK courier services (e.g. DPD, UPS, Royal Mail, or equivalent).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days

    • Next Business Day Delivery: Available at checkout (where applicable)

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by external factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and delivery method.

  • For bulk or palletised shipments, shipping charges may be quoted separately.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure availability for delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

  • HGC Technologies UK LTD is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

  • Any delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • If an order arrives damaged or incomplete, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence of packaging and items received.

  • Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

8. Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

  • For B2B and wholesale transactions, risk transfers to the buyer upon dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Signed delivery confirmation may be required for high-value shipments.
